Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a modern name for the ancient knowledge of healing and improving health and beauty, using fragrant, natural ingredients. These are called essential oils. Aromatherapy works in two ways. First, essential oils contain essences, which when inhaled are processed to the brain that controls emotions, skin disorders, immune deficiencies, stress etc. Second, essential oils penetrate the skin to get into the blood stream & the nervous system to heal. A healthy, glowing complexion that is blemish free, soft & firm is the greatest possession a woman can have. Essential oils penetrate through the deepest layers of the skin to various organs, gland and tissues, making the skin healthy and look beautiful. Rose, Lavender, Saffron, Jasmine, Rosemary, Ashwagandha, Geranium are some of the best essential oils for facial care. They are mixed with almond oil, apricot oil, or any carrier oil, which suits the skin. Regular facial care with essential oils can prevent wrinkling and drying of the skin as only these oils can penetrate into the inner layers of the skin. METHODLOGY
My summer internship started from 15th may 2006 in Raj Vaidya shital prasad & sons company in Shahdra, Delhi under Mr. Vaibav Jain, Business development manager of Raj Vaidya shital Prasad & sons company. At the starting of internship my boss mr. Jain took one week class at Shahdra office. He tought us that about company & company’s product and some idea of marketing. After one week jain sir gave us product detail of Vaadi herbals. He told us that you should have proper knowledge of every product features & prices of Vaadi herbals. Then he told us that collect price & features of Vaadi Herbals competitor’s product. For this we went to Food Bazar & Spencers of MMX mall and Renu Departmental store of Sahibabad and collected product name with price rate & features and submitted to the office. Thereafter Jain sir started properly our Internship. We have given products & Brochures of Vaadi Herbals . Now we had to visit Beauty parlour of Ghaziabad & promote Vaadi Herbals product. Our project name was kept BEAUTY PARLOUR MARTHAN by company. Every promter was to cover 10 to 12 beauty parlour and saloons each day.
So we visited beauty parlours one by one . during interenshipfirstly we used to tell company brief detail then features and benefits of products and company offers to promote Vaadi Herbals.

MY EXPERIENCE IN VAADI HERBALS
After one year gaining bookish knowledge from NIMT, Ghaziabad we have got chance to gain practical knowledge. So according our curriculum we have done two months summer training from vaadi herbals. When I entered marketing field then I know that my knowledge in nothing to do marketing job. It is far difference of bookish knowledge. I have to learn lot of thing this happened possible because of I got chance to do in the marketing field area work. Many many thanks to NIMT, Ghaziabad and Vaadi herbals to given me this opportunity. A special thanks to my boss Mr. Vaibav jain sir BDM, Rajvaidya Shital prasad and sons company. He is so co-operative and guided us friendly. Actually we had to do work six days in a week and one day(Tuesday) was the day for meeting. That day we used to do meeting and rehearsal. Jain sir used to watch during our rehearsal and suggested haw to remove our mistakes & how to improve our marketing skills. He gave me lot of marketing tips & fundas.
Because of these I have done my summer project successfully. I have visited almost 120 beauty parlour and saloons of Ghaziabad, sahibabad and Noida area. I also thankes to owners of beauty parlours and saloons. They given positive response to us. Atleast they used to listen carefully my words. At the starting I was afraid, I did not think that I would get such result.
So my experience in Vaadi herbals is fantastic. I have gained lot of thing in that. It will be beneficial in my whole carreer.
